Client Information and Contract
Please complete this form and electronically sign it before your photography session. The information you provide will be used for client records and to confirm that you understand and accept the policies of Jemma Harwood Photography. All information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Please note: Your session date is not secured until this completed contract has been returned.
This giveaway covers the photoshoot experience and the photographer’s time and creative expertise. The session itself has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
Any images, prints, or additional products are not included unless explicitly stated in the giveaway details and may be purchased separately if offered.
Once the session has taken place, the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rearranged except in exceptional circumstances at the photographer’s discretion.
Your session will only be confirmed once this form has been completed and all required details have been received.
All pricing, packages, and options available after the session are fixed and non negotiable. Any prices shared at the time of booking will be honoured for your session.
Copyright & Image Usage
All images remain the copyright of Jemma Harwood Photography. Reproduction, alteration, scanning, screen capturing, copying, or printing of unpurchased images is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Clients may not edit, alter, or apply filters to images in any way. By booking a session, you grant Jemma Harwood Photography permission to use images for portfolio, website, advertising, competitions, and promotional purposes (both paid and unpaid). If you do not wish for your images to be used publicly, please notify the photographer before your session.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Giveaway sessions take place on a set date and time and cannot usually be moved.
If you are unable to attend your booked session, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for a cash alternative.
In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered where possible.
Please make sure you are available for your allocated time before confirming your booking.
Photoshoot Expectations
The giveaway session lasts up to 45 minutes, so please arrive on time to make the most of your session.
Clients are expected to cooperate fully during the session to help it run smoothly and allow the best possible images to be captured.
The giveaway includes five hand edited digital images, which will be selected from an online gallery presented after the session. There will also be the option to upgrade to additional images or products should you wish to.
Any special requests, such as specific poses or setups, must be discussed in advance so the session can be prepared accordingly.
Please note that if a session cannot be completed due to lack of cooperation, Jemma Harwood Photography cannot be held liable for incomplete galleries or missing images.
Liability Waiver
By booking a session, you accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the photoshoot and waive any claims for personal injury, damage to personal property, or other liabilities related to the session. Jemma Harwood Photography is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances during the session. By paying the £30 session fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
Agreement
By submitting the form below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. You acknowledge that your session date is not confirmed until the signed contract and session fee have been received.
